The condo features its own fully screened-in patio that offers a breezy perch for coffee or cocktails. The sun-filled living area hosts elegant beach decor and comfy furniture to inspire pure bliss during downtime or while playing board games together. Smart TVs are equipped in both bedrooms, as well as the living room, for ultimate in-home entertainment flexibility. The full kitchen comes well-appointed with everything you need to craft delicious home-cooked meals or quick snacks with ease. Additional essentials included during your stay are central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things To Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Fantastic long weekend in Lewes

We had a great stay for a long weekend. The property was very clean with everything we needed. Check in and check out was very smooth, Vacasa does a nice job managing the property. We will definitely stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Taste of the Eastern Seaboard

This sweet little villa was the perfect place for my partner and daughter to call home base as we sampled the hospitality and beauty of Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and the Delaware coast. Kitchen was stocked, which is nice. Having a Keurig & Cuisinart coffee maker was nice as well. Both showers had good pressure. The washer had a few detergent pods & the kitchen had dish soap along with dishwasher pods.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is perfect for a couple or small family. It is decorated so cute and was so clean. We especially loved the little screen porch with ceiling fan, string lights, and sun shade that you can pull down. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking with lots of extras. The pool was clean and not overcrowded and we were happy that it was open after Labor Day. Location is right off of a busy highway but it's right around the corner from the turn to get to downtown Lewes/ Cape Henlopen and not too far to Rehoboth/Dewey. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect home

We felt so comfortable and right at home in this darling home right in Lewes. It had everything you would need and totally functional. Loved being on the ground floor. Quiet neighbors. We sat on the screened in porch after we our baby went to sleep with the ambient lighting and enjoyed coffee when the sun came up. The beds were so cozy and comfortable. Shower pressure was perfect. Great neighborhood to walk in. Close to pool. No issues whatsoever. Overall, we 100% stay again!

At first, I was sceptical but it had very good reviews. And it didn't disappoint. It was very clean and it smelled really nice. My son kept saying how nice the home smelled. The place was organized and designed very well. One of the best I have been. I will definitely go back. Oh, and not to forget the small incident I had with opening the dead lock. I called customer services and they immediately assisted me by providing detailed instructions with a new code. They even sent someone to check on me. Great experience and custom support
