- Bring the whole family to this great space with lots of room for fun! Located in a resort-style gated community, the BeachBird is a short walk to the pool & club house and quick bike ride to the community marina & kayak launch!
In the Summer Months pool passes are provided for the large community pool and kid's pool. Basketball courts, a playground, bocce, horseshoes, and a pavilion are some of the amenities you will enjoy in this lovely, gated community. Enjoy a second-floor deck, large driveway for 4 vehicles and a quiet setting to relax after a fun day at the beach, shopping, or dining.
The BeachBird is a spacious family retreat - perfectly laid out for relaxing near the Delaware Beaches!
Not only is this home fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable, it is thoughtfully designed to make it the perfect space for your beach retreat.
