"Studio très bien situé avec toutes les commodités. Un grand plus, le parking couvert pour garer le véhicule. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Le studio dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Le tram au pied de l’immeuble pour aller sur le centre de Nice mais possibilité de le faire à pied et la promenade des anglais et juste à quelques mètres. Bref je recommande a 100% "

"The good: location, clean, amenities, roomyThe bad: 5th floor (lots of stairs, no elevator), no A/C and no fans: that would be ok but it was hot and the only way to cool down the place was to open the windows and mosquitos everywhere. We got so many mosquitos bites we were miserable. Solution: put screens on windows (didn’t see any on other buildings so doubt that would happen. Maybe provide some fans, is that too much to ask."

"Very well located by the "Promenade", as well as the Place Massena/soppinng district and Old Town, all of which within walking distance, this big property is convenient. The rooms are comfortable, but as the hotel in general, they are a little outdated, and would need some kind of modernization. The rooftop has superb views, but again would need some renovation (showers, access, bar etc). The gym is small and under-equipped. The spa was closed when I stayed there... It is overall a good place to stay on a short family or business trip, especially for its location."
