  • Levanto is the ideal starting point for visiting the 5 lands.
    The apartment, about 80 square meters, is located in a very quiet but central area, 500 meters from the sea and the train station. It has two bedrooms (one double and one with two single beds), a living room, an entrance hall, a very equipped kitchen, a small bathroom and a small balcony.
    The check in time (between 15 and 20) and the check out time (before 11) is indicative and can be agreed from time to time.
    The apartment is on the third floor of a building without a lift. Near the apartment building there is a supermarket. Just below the house there are several free parking spaces, but the apartment does not have a reserved parking space.

Perfect Slice of Paradise

This was the perfect place to stay!! The location was a complete 10! Just a few minutes walk from the train station and the beach. All attractions in this village were completely walkable and easy to access. There were no steep hills to climb. Each night we hopped on the train to explore the other villages. Andrea was a fab host who offered advice on local activities and tours. While the beach is wonderful, we highly suggest taking a few minutes to walk through town. We stumbled across a small farmer's shop with the freshest fruits. While the stairs were fine for us, they may be difficult for others. Consider this when booking.

Wonderfull place

For us (me and my friend) this was the perfect place to stay. The location, just in between beach and trainstation. Supermarket and lots of nice places to eat just around the corner. The appartement provided us with everything we needed. And it was neat, very comfortable and very, very clean. We had a wonderful vacation with this place as our home base during the week. Thanks a lot!

Avons passé quelques jours en famille (couple avec 2 enfants) dans cet appartement, à la déco un peu vieillotte mais spacieux, très propre et très agréable. Parfaitement situé, proche de la gare et du centre ville, avec tous les commerces à proximité. Nous remercions vivement Andrea pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

L'appartamento è situato in posizione ottimale tra la stazione ferroviaria e la spiaggia, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. La casa è pulita (così come le lenzuola e gli asciugamani) e arredata in modo semplice ma funzionale. La cucina è ampia e molto ben fornita di stoviglie e pentole. Il bagno è piccolo ma completo di tutti i sanitari con l'unica pecca di avere una vasca da seduto al posto della doccia. Il proprietario è sempre presente e disponibile anche a dare informazioni su Levanto e sulle 5 terre. Nel complesso si tratta di un appartamento davvero piacevole che mi sento di consigliare sopratutto per l'ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
