Die Nahe zu den Bergen und den Loipen. Außerdem das Angebot der Nutzung des Schwimmbades, der Sauna, des Spielraumes für die Kinder und die Pizzeria. Das gleiche Haus kostet dann nächstes Jahr im gleichen Zeitraum fast das Doppelte. Leider ist das sehr erschreckend mit den Preisen und nicht nachvollziehbar.
