Staff were very friendly, room was extremely large so no complaints there. A bit more attention to housekeeping wouldn't go astray (cobwebs and dusty floors). Nearby Italian restaurant was amazing. Lovely place in a little corner of Lyon.

I have stayed at different Appartcity locations in the past and enjoyed them. I was suprised at the run-down condition of this one and the lack of basic kitchen stuff. Cutting board and knife?
