A great jumping off point to the Amazon

A lovely little hotel that is a great gateway to the Amazon. We stayed one night before and after our tour into the Amazon and loved the comfortable stay. The pool was fantastic!

No pude alojarme en este hotel por que cuando llegue no tenía luz. Esperaba que me reenviaran a otro hotel y asumieran los gastos pero solo conseguí que pagaran una moto para que me fuera de allí y me buscara un hotel por mi cuenta

Wonderful Oasis in Leticia

This hotel offered a relaxing oasis from the bustling nearby town of Leticia. The hotel grounds and guest lodging were well-maintained, and rather clean throughout our stay. The hotel had a handyman on site who was so kind and friendly pointing out animals on the hotel grounds or nearby — sloths, monkeys, bats, and tarantulas— which provided our children with hours of entertainment. The pool area was impeccably clean and a welcomed attraction to cool off in after a long day trekking in the heat and humidity. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.

A lovely retreat

We stayed at Hotel Utüane for one day on either side of an intrepid journey through the Amazon. We loved it. The staff were lovely, the pool was great, and it was peaceful and quiet. My only complaint was the pillows, which I found way too big and hard, but it was a small problem. We would definitely stay there again if we returned to the Amazon.

The place is unique and beautiful. Some one put a lot of heart in to creating that place. Highly recommend. The breakfast is wonderful as well 😬

The Receptionist was excellent. She was able to help us a lot with our arrangements despite us not being able to speak any Spanish. She did it with patience and humour. The staff in the restaurant were also very helpful and accommodating; they looked after us very well despite us not being able to understand any Spanish. The housekeeper did a good job in our room each day.

10 mins from the airport and 7 mins from the central! Tooktook is perfect for any distance. Great staff! Apart from poor wifi, it wont disappoint you.
