"We had a great stay. Had a minor issue but was resolved in an appropriate manner by the property manager. I wish majority of the restaurants would open on the weekends."

"Love this place ! The view off the balcony is amazing day or night. Its in a great location close to everything we wanted to do . Moe's for groceries , beer ect. Seaplane ferry and Airport. No issues with safety here at all. Bar, pool and jacuzzi were pretty nice and kept up well. Water pressure was great ."

"My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary here, and we had a wonderful time! From our beautiful Presidential Suite to our amazing butlers, Rowan and Nickesha who went above and beyond for us everything was fantastic. The food was good, the pool area was fun, and the bar service at the Diamond Club pool was excellent — Ashley was phenomenal! The bar service at the party pool bar, however, was very slow and lacked personality, even though we were tipping $3–$5 per round. We would give this hotel 5 stars, but the nightly entertainment could be boring at times. They need more upbeat music from the Dj after the shows."

"The property and room were absolutely gorgeous, but I would think twice about booking here for the following reasons: 1) There is no housekeeping for short stays (under 7 days) even upon request. The most you'll get is extra towels and bedding sent to your room (upon request), and they won't collect dirty linens. We shoved our used linens in a closet, out of sight. 2) The property is expansive and has plenty of steps and hills. We stayed at the hilltop, which was 8 flights of steps (250 steps plus some flat ground) from the welcome center. The property offers a shuttle service that busses guests around the property, but you might finding yourself waiting a while during peak travel season AND service ends at 11 pm, so plan to walk if you come home late. 3) The restaurant on the property, Landshark, is truly terrible. I ate there three times and hated it all three times. Poor service and gross food. DO NOT get the avocado toast. Please. 4) The hilltop pool swim-up bar was closed for my entire stay (the pool was open and staffed, but not the swim-up bar)."
