Enttäuschung pur

Folgenächte habe ich ein anderes hotel gebucht, insgesammt sehr enttäuschend, in der Dusche ist nachfüllbox für schampu gewesen die gefühlt spüli gewesen ist die noch dazu nicht geschaumt hat. Abgemacht war im hotel mit Heimwährung zu bezahlen, abgebucht wurde vom Visacard ohne mich zu fragen. Der Toilettensitz war nicht befesstigt, es war mehr ein Tanz auf der Toilette.

Entspricht nicht den Fotos.

Wir sind als Familie mit einem 1-Jährigen Kind gereist. Erstes Warnsignal sollte der große beleuchtete Name "HOTEL BELLA NELLA" sein. Denn wenn hier schon etwas nicht stimmt, wie es in unserem Fall war, dann sollte man lieber 2x schauen. Die Beleuchtung für das "E" und für einen "Stern" sind ausgefallen. Das Empfangspersonal ist nett, aber auch nicht gerade hilfsbereit. Die Koffer mussten wir alle selber in den 2. Stock schleppen. Die Zimmer sind total runtergekommen. Alt und nicht wirklich sauber. Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und auf der Matratze, die Jalousien waren nicht montiert und lagen einfach am Boden. Die Vorhänge sahen widerlich aus. Es hat mich regelrecht angewidert, diese zu berühren. Die Fenster sind schmutzig gewesen. Das Badezimmer wies hohe Abnutzung auf. Total lieblos. In jedem Hotel kann man, wenn man sich etwas zu trinken bestellt - vor allem am Pool - die Rechnung auf das Zimmer schreiben lassen. In diesem Hotel muss man immer Bargeld oder die Karte dabei haben um Rechnungen sofort zu begleichen. Im Restaurant hat man beim "bezahlten" Frühstück keine Getränke inklusive. Man zahlt für seinen Orangensaft, Kaffee oder Wasser. Das Essen ist Ok, was jedoch nicht ok ist, dass man fast eine ganze Stunde auf sein Essen warten muss. Jedes mal. Obwohl nichts los ist. Was kann solange dauern, wenn man einen Salat bestellt. Das Wasser im Außenpool ist viel zu kalt für ein Kleinkind Wir empfehlen euch, sucht euch ein anderes Hotel.

Prima en vriendelijk personeel.

Keurige kamer en keurige badkamer. Helaas maar 1 glas op de wastafel terwijl je voor 2 pers. hebtt geboekt. Is wel handig als je 2 hebt wanneer je nog wat wilt drinken op je kamer. Ontbijt was simpel maar ruim voldoende en helemaal voor €3,00 pp.

Smell unbearable

It's clean and staff are nice but the room had sewer smell. Bathroom was worse and some electrical sparks noises coming from socket.
