They offered suggestions on attractions and eating places, took us to the room personally, and allowed us to leave our luggage in the office for a while before we transferred to an airport hotel for an early morning flight the next day. "Was there for 3 nights. After the first night the AC stopped working. Maintenance tried to fix it, but it didn't work. We tried to change rooms but we're told they were booked and there wasn't an option to switch. One desk clerk was very unhelpful telling us just to open the door to the terrace. We tried and it was very noisy and then a bee flew in. We had to close it. We were very warm and uncomfortable and had difficulty sleeping the last 2 nights."
