Doesn’t look like the beach but this is from the Alnmouth to Warkworth cycle track looking down onto the Alnmouth beach sand dunes. An absolute gem if you like secluded sandy beaches
Great Whin Sill The Great Whin Sill formed from molten rock around 300 million years ago. It covers 1,500 square miles, although much of it is below the surface of the land and/or sea. This is the view looking south.
Church Hill. Just south of Alnmouth in Northumberland. The remains of a 12th century Norman chapel dedicated to St. Waleric are located on the hill.
