Only one night stay prior to a very early morning flight. Unfortunately had to leave before breakfast but there was a bottle of Champagne on ice waiting for us on arrival. Great hotel. Wonderful and the best raspberry Mojitos ever made by the lovely Monika. All staff spoke English well.

Upmarket service and hotel experience at a fair price. Staying a little out of the main city area in Prague meant it was quieter, and less congested. The buffet breakfast was impressive too.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. It's not in the city if that's what you want but it's walking distance from the metro and only 6 stops to the main station. There was a buffet breakfast in the morning which was quite nice and overall I would recommend the hotel and think it was excellent value for a nice, modern hotel. Great location, easily walkable around the city

Worth it for the buffet breakfast alone. Extremely convenient with plenty of bus and tram options to/from airport or town. Comfortable room and great service. Accommodated a late check out request.

My stay the Hermitage in Prague had been just amazing. The location was perfect. Close enough to be able to walk into the Old Town and beyond, but in a quiet location, close to amenities. public transport and lots of restaurants.My room was spacious and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff we awesum, helpful & really friendly. Breakfast was excellent & amazing & such a great variety of food & beverages. The take away sandwich was a huge benefit, it allowed us to only buy an evening meal. Tram transport was ideal across the road. Rooms were cleaned each day & our cleaner was lovely. Would highly recommend to others & would definately stay there again if ever we go to Prague again. Nga mihinui

Excellent property, walkable distance to old town. Room, bathroom were well proportioned, toilet was seperate from main bathroom. Overall excellent stay

An all-round excellent experience. The hotel has many dining, bars, cafes, shopping and transport options all within easy reach. The "old" section of Prague is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel, or if you prefer, catch the tram from one of the stops located near the hotel.

Amazing property close to everything and the breakfast was to die for. Always try to stay here when we come to Prague.
