"Nice bungalow with good outdoor spaces, but with a few issues - some strange lighting arrangements where you have to plug a cable in to turn on a light, and the bedrooms are tiny, with a very noisy/squeaky bunk bed in one of them Decent shower, and kitchen seems well equipped. They were willing to take our luggage before we checked in so we didn’t have to drag it with us. Also, the last day, we left it with them in the afternoon until we took the train out. They were always very kind and I would stay there again in a minute!"

"Beautiful, older hotel that needs some TLC. Very friendly staff who are always there to help. The room was relatively clean but is desperate for a make over.....it's showing its age. The hotel decor is quite old fashioned with lots of dark wood and old furniture but still very comfortable. Unfortunately, it's not very good value for money. We stayed for 2 nights which were really quite expensive but it was during an Andre Reiu concert weekend so it's only to be expected. The location is ideal for train travellers, which we were, being literally 100 yards from the station. However, it's on the wrong side of the river for the beautiful old town of Maastricht and the big square where the concert is....about 25 minute slow walk. Would we return? Absolutely."
