"It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady."

"The apartment was great for 4 adults. Would be great for family with kids to sleep in the bunk beds but we didn't use that room. We had enough space and we were very happy with all the amenities in the kitchen and living room area. We found salt pepper oil etc in the cupboard, there was detergent for dishes and for the dishwasher, filters for the coffee machine. We even found some games which was a nice surprise. "J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

"Really nice spacious chalet which is brilliantly equipped. We were 4 adults and 4 children and there was plenty of space. Easy drive to the bottom of the slopes although there is the path which is an easy walk to/from the chalet which will take you to the chairlift (we didn't do this because of lack of snow). We did ski down one day and walked our skis up which was only a few minutes walk. We did also use the path to walk to the Preyerand lift which was really easy. Sauna is really nice and easy to use, boot locker and dryer is handy and plenty of parking shared with other chalets. Communication with Kris was good ahead of our stay and we did have a minor ant problem which Kris offered to take care of right away but we were shortly due to leave. Would definitely stay again. "

"After collecting keys from agency, we found the property had not been cleaned. The dirty sheets & towels from previous occupant were on floor, hairs on bed, crumbs on floor, dislodged floor tiles etc. We’d had a long journey and just wanted to unpack & settle in so this was really disappointing. I called this agency and they sent cleaner the next day. There is no kettle so making tea & coffee involved boiling saucepans of water several times a day. WiFi patchy & temperamental. We were there to ski and the location was good for this. Convenient locker on ground floor for skis and we could ski almost to the front door. It’s just a "

"All in all very good with closeness to the slopes and good restaurants as well as a Carrefour nearby. Because you are responsible for cleaning they should provide better cleaning supplies. The ones that were in the room was pretty much useless. (No suction in the vacuum cleaner) Would 100% stay again."
