The staff was great! The room was quite small. We registered for a queen bed but received 2 small double beds pushed together, which is not the same as a queen bed. The bathroom was good size. The best part was the balcony! Absolutely spectacular! The views were incredible.

The property was beautiful and very close to the cathedral! It was very clean, however it is a VERY noisy hotel from street performers and music, as well as the rooms above you due to thin walls. It is hard to get a quiet nights rest if you are a light sleeper.

The property was okay, floors needed to be cleaner(bathroom) , needed tissues , none available, shower head difficult to adjust, water slow in draining, cracked bath tub, afraid water was going to leak into room below, not a complaint , just an observation for improvement.

This property is very close to metro and bus stops. Some of the attractions are very walkable as well and there are lot of restaurants/bars that are close to this property. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and clean. Our room is clean, there’s a coffee machine but there’s no kettle which i feel is nice to have if you like having tea instead of coffee. They have lovely selection for breakfast but basically they serve the same menu everyday. Overall, I will still consider staying at this property again.
