"We had a stunning week overlooking the lake at les Lucs-sur-Bologna. First of all the weather was excellent and we were able to eat nearly all of our meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) seated in a shaded area to the front of the cottage. We love to bar-b-que and this was situated to the front of the chalet so we could cook overlooking the lake. The accommodation was to a very high standard and comprised a large open space which incorporated the internal dining area, lounge area and kitchen. there was also a ground floor toilet, bathroom and double bedroom.There were 3 options for sitting outside, firstly to the front of the gite which also accommodated the bar-b-que, secondly there was a more secluded table area to the back of the gite. And finally if needed there was a table and chairs by the pool.The pool was locate behind the gite and had sunbeds and chairs and was where we spent several afternoons relaxing.We were made to feel very welcome by Katia who spoke excellent English. It was sad to have to leave but we have no hesitation in recommending this property."
