"Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing."

"Le logement est vraiment sympa.Etage inférieur: 3 chambres suffisamment spacieuse, particulièrement la chambre "parentale", 1 autre chambre lit double ok, 1 autre avec 3 lits simples pour enfant avec commodeEgalement salle de bain (baignoire douche double évier) et 1 WC séparéEn-haut: cuisine bien équipée, 1 salon agréable, 1 WC séparé et un coin "jeux". Suffisamment spacieux et très cosy. Le charme d'un chalet avec du confort. Pour plus que 4 personnes, l'espace pour manger est limité. Je pense qu'une table pliable d'appoint (pour 2 personnes) serait pas mal.2 places pour se garer à l'extérieurChien accepté, ce qui n'est pas facile à trouver.Un rapport Q/P vraiment très bon pour la région et la période.Logement très propre.Si nous repassons, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés. Un grand merci pour ce séjour!"

"Beautiful chalet with nice additions such as ping pong table, sauna and jacuzzi. Host very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to messages. Well located for family skiing in Les Houches but easy to pop into Chamonix for skiing there or shopping / dinner also. "

"The house was perfect for a family getaway over Christmas! Cozy and quaint nestled in the alps with beautiful views. Perfect for two families and kids. We enjoyed the pool and sauna after a day of walking around Chamonix or skiing. Christophe answered any questions we had and was very welcoming!"

"Wonderful stay in quiet, very clean and lovely apartment- hotel. Bed is comfortable, terrace is lovely, kitchen is perfect! The pool, hot tub and sauna is wonderful after a day of hiking and the staff is extremely helpful! We loved walking in Les Houches and several very good restaurants within a five minute walk. Convenient to Les Houches hiking and cable cars. Easy drive to Chamonix (or bus ride with stop outside the hotel). We loved our stay!"

"Amazing summer stay, we loved it. Had all the amenities we needed. The kids (and adults!) loved the table football. Maybe some more books/guides on the area and a few board games might have been an added extra for wet days. One room had very low slanted ceiling but was a perfect fun room for the 5 and 7 year old in the group."
