"As you will see from the other reviews the hotel is a bit delapidated, but our room was clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, excellent view, helpful staff. The pool was great, the kids loved it. Brilliant location near the beach and on a bus route. If you want a super smart hotel go somewhere else, but I thought it was fine."

"Unbelievable property on the beach in France. Most people think of the Mediterranean when you say the south of France but Biarritz and this hotel is just as good or better! Top 5 spas I’ve been to worldwide!"

"This place is great for families. The cabine are a bit aging and would require a renovation but the staff make it up. They are great to create a good vibes. I would choose the forest side rather than seaside. But careful if you are at the end of the domain, you will be few meters away from the nightclub so be ready to have your windows vibrating until 4am on Friday and Saturday without any way to sleep."

"The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff."
