"The owners and staff were warm, welcoming and always willing to help. Very nice people. Loved that they had recycle bins throughout the property and separate bins in the villas for organics and other materials. The property and trails were beautiful, the flowers, plants, fish pond and ducks were nice to see. There were lots of birds to see and hear. Overall a great place and cant wait to go back."

"Just a simple one night Stay. Property Manager was very helpful in getting us connected with a rental car and anything else that we needed. Great proximity to airport (will be interesting when the new Airport opens as it is right across the street) and to Store Bay/Pigeon Point areas. "

"Staff was amazing!
The breakfast choices was very limited, would have liked more fruit options besides watermelon every day as well as traditional breakfast options.
Otherwise very much enjoyed the stay"
"Was a little disappointed by the all inclusive alcohol selection available but was ok. I would not select the all inclusive package and stick with breakfast only. There are alot of dining options within walking distance of the resort including Store Bay."
"Genuinely the best villa I have ever stayed at. The pictures are stunning, but they truly do not do it justice - you have to experience it in person. Secluded, private, and absolutely dreamy. Devern was incredibly attentive who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire stay. One thing to keep in mind - you will need a car since the location is not walkable, but honestly the privacy you get in exchange is well worth it. Do not hesitate, just book it. We will definitely be back."
"My room was clean and tidy, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Love the options at the the breakfast buffet but the hotels infrastructure needs cleaning and upgrading. Terrible smell of the seaweed on the coastal shore was unbearable but overall I had a good experience though."
"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities.
The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. The front desk employees were the only positive part of the experience.
What shocked me most was that I couldn’t even get a simple glass of water at the resort. There was no water provided in the room, and I actually had to leave the property just to buy water elsewhere. For a resort, that level of service is unacceptable.
Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or price, and I would not stay here again."
