The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Probably the best value for Money Paid of any hotel I've ever been in. Beautiful rooms. Meticulously maintained. Very clean. Good breakfast. Very quiet. Multiple elevators. Great staff. Have a lobby area watching the World Cup game with other guests. Provided still water dispenser in the front lobby for free.
