We welcome you to the Balcons du Sud residence, which includes two T1 bis and a villa, capable of accommodating up to 14 people. They are located in Les Avirons, in the southwest of the island.



The "Aybowan" apartment can accommodate 4 people and is ideally located for a peaceful stay as a couple or with friends.

On a passé 3 trois jours le logement est nickel propre le bassin super bien petit bémol il faut avoir la voiture car il y a rien autour

Superbe expérience

Le cadre de ce séjour était vraiment idyllique avec les enfants. L'espace de vie était largement suffisant pour passer du temps pour se détendre, nager et se restaurer. Le logement est propre, moderne et si cosy. Je recommanderai ce logement sans hésiter à mes proches, amis et familles. Petit bémol c'est le parking qui demande une maîtrise des manœuvres assez poussée mais avec quelques jours d'exercices, on y arrive. Les recommandations sur l'arrivée du lieu devrait être claire pour aider à trouver plus facilement. Par exemple éviter l'arrivée dans le logement la nuit car l'accès n'est pas forcément bien éclairée.
