Elegant apartment with breathtaking views, located in Lerici’s pedestrian area yet away from the bustle. Features an elevator and private garage. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and spacious interiors, it’s ideal for large families or groups of friends.



The care and attention devoted by the owners during the last renovation in 2023 are evident from the entrance. Aless View combines two apartments into one unique space. For guest privacy, there’s a kaleidoscopic glass door crafted by Venetian artisans.



To the right, you’ll find inlaid solid wood, hand-painted wrought iron, and a spectacular view of Lerici Castle and its gulf. A fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, panoramic balcony, and a bathroom with a large shower blend modern comforts with romantic charm.



On the left side, there’s a triple room with a sea-view breakfast corner, air conditioning, and a modern bathroom with a small functional balcony.



Aless View offers views and an atmosphere reminiscent of times when Lerici Castle and the "tower houses" below served defensive purposes, yet it’s equipped with fast Wi-Fi, a convenient elevator, and a garage to meet today’s needs. The garage must be reserved and is available for an extra fee depending on the season.
