I enjoyed the cleanliness of the space and how the staff is friendly and approachable. I never felt like I was a burden for requesting something. All of the staff I encountered were attentive and helpful. Everyone did their job with a smile. It is convenient too cause there is a pizza parlor right next door and their vodka and pesto sauce slice is delicious. Subway only like a 5 minute walk. Anything you’d need you can walk there within 10-15 minutes too. We got the bunk bed room which I was surprised the bathroom was very much close to the beds. It’s separated by a glass wall so if you’re staying there, just no privacy is not really a thing. Besides that, hotel provided everything we needed. Would recommend to others to stay here!

Romer Hell's Kitchen was a perfect hotel for our needs. It was close to Times Sqaure and Central Park, and the subway, which made it very easy yo get around the city. It was near a number of restaurants, leaving us no shortage of excellent food choices. The room was clean, and the bed comfortable. The only thing missing was some place to sit in the room, where we could have eaten a meal, or snacks. There was a footstool, and a very uncomfortable black leather seat. A little table with chairs would have been a perfect addition instead.

First I want to say our cleaning ladies were wonderful. That was one thing we were very happy with. As for other hotel amenities not so much. The mattress was very uncomfortable. That mattress needs to be retired. I also was very disappointed that the room didn’t have a fridge and In order to get one I had to pay yet another fee. Food options were very disappointing as well, the line ups were crazy long and times they were available were very limited.
