The hotel is very comfortable, spacious, with wonderful internet service, and a staff that is short of being super heroes. All the amenities provided by the hotel were great, and met all my needs. Also, the staff, from the receptionist to the maintenance staff were marvelous. They provided us with an early check in, gave us a warm welcome to the city, and always pointed us to the places we needed to go even calling cabs and telling us what were the rates we were to expect so we didn’t get scammed. I am truly satisfied to have stayed at this hotel and would greatly recommend.

The first day when we check in the toiilet in our room didn’t work so they had to give us another room. Then in the second room the noise from downstairs was so loud we couldn’t sleep at all. Besides that the restaurant food and the location of the hotel is pretty good.

Hotel is well located, is clean... Frontdesk team is friendly. Restaurant is limited, the breakfast lasts until 1pm and if you want to have lunch before 2pm there are no options, staff at restaurant was very rude, disappointing how they replied back when asked about the times, since there was a difference from what the hostess said, vs another person at restaurant vs frontdesk.. we ended going out to get lunch at 1pm instead and they lost two customers.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. There is an atm at entrance to hotel and there is a small shop in the hotel. We would definitely go back to this hotel

The wifi was terrible. Connectivity was necessary for work but could never establish a constant or even a strong signal. Second, the shower wall was not cleaned properly. The previous occupant left hair all over the wall. Surprised the housekeeper didn’t clean it or even seen it. Disgusting. Would not stay there again. You get what you pay for I guess.

Esta a menos de 5 min caminando al Poliforum, y del Estadio. El personal del hotel fue amable en todo momento. Pero el inmueble se ve descuidado, todo el dia el lugar tenia olor a drenaje, las toallas lucian ya muy usadas. Se fue la luz en la noche por la tormenta, y regreso hasta el dia siguiente, solo estabamos con planta de luz pero ahora olia a gasolina todo el pasillo. El hotel cumple la funcion basica, va con el precio.

I stayed for 18 days, couple nights they left me outside. They closed the Main door around 12am, I was so mad. No one was around to let me in. I complain the next day and they never refund me money, for those nights i stayed in other hotel. I Will never stayed again in this hotel. Staff are very rude and the person in charged was worst. They don't care for no one. The food not good and very expensive. I pay for a king size bed, they gave me a small dirty bed. When I pay for a king size bed. Never again I Will stayed at Imperio de angeles. 😡😡

Very clean walking distance from the state fair. Didn’t like that I went out all day and when I got back I couldn’t get into my room had to go back to the lobby so they can unlock my card and go back up.

Property was clean and friendly staff. It’s not a quiet hotel you can hear everything I had to be moved twice the first because noisy guests second there were doing construction next to my room for days I am allergic to dust and paint was breathing all fumes of paint I was the only one on that floor. Was very disappointed wasting my time moving twice. And they didn’t really do anything about it.
