Opening in March 2021, completely new. Spacious and very studio quiet, located in the heart of the old town of León. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room-kitchenette with sofa bed. Fully equipped bathroom and kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer). Paid parking just 50 meters away. Free WIFI. Ozone disinfected bed and bath linens. Ideal for family vacations or getaways as a couple and with friends.

Apartamento muy bien ubicado en pleno centro histórico, a pocos minutos de la catedral y con todo tipo de servicios en los alrededores. La atención de la propietaria fue excelente, nos facilitó todas las instrucciones necesarias para acceder y para poder aparcar el coche. Es un apartamento pequeño pero totalmente reformado que cumple de sobra para pasar unos días cómodamente.

El alojamiento es maravilloso, cumple al 100% lo ofertado, está todo muy limpio y prácticamente nuevo, el acceso, mediante los códigos, es fantástico, y de la ubicación no se puede pedir más, todo lo recomendable de visitar en León está a picos minutos. Laura, la anfitriona, informa de todo y se ofrece para cualquier duda, una magnífica atención.

Comunicación de 10 y sin presiones. La ubicación también de 10 aunque ojo porque no tiene ascensor. La ciudad se recorre a pie y desde donde estás llegas a todas partes. Para aparcar no es difícil y hay zonas en las que ni siquiera hay ORA (aunque tampoco sé la legalidad de dichas áreas, puesto que no había líneas, pero los lugareños aparcan sin miedo). El piso en perfectas condiciones y con lo necesario para estar bien. Toallas grandes y secador que seca (que para mí son un gran plus). En general, una grata experiencia, pues aunque había obras al lado de nuestra habitación, no empezaban hasta las 8 y nosotros ya estábamos levantados para esa hora. Tiene servicios de todo tipo a un minuto andando.
