The worst experience ever. This place was nasty, as soon as you come into the rooms it smells like mold. I rented two rooms and both of them were dirty. The tv was not working and every time I would ask the girl she would tell me oh of course it’s working. Front desk had the worst attitude. The only nice, polite and helpful person here was the security guard. I would never stay here again. I recommend to not stay here.

Positive: Convenient location for things I needed to do near the stadium. Maid kept my room clean and well attended. Restaurant food/buffet was ok; service good; I ate there twice. Wifi was consistent. Had hot water for shower. Negative: Toilet tank did not want to refill. Some parts were replaced but still toilet did not refill consistently. Even with my manually filling the tank the toilet would not always fully flush. I used the lobby bathroom but found no toilet paper available one occasion. I did ask for a room assignment but was refused. Told the toilet would be fixed. Elevator…the only one adjacent to the lobby and rooms that I could see…wasn’t working for two days. Had to use the stairs…four flights. Stairs have some missing and loose tiles; trip hazards. Carpet is well worn in hallways with some holes. After three nights, I departed early to stay in another area hotel. Was potentially planning to extend…but certainly not given my experience!

Plumber at work…unfortunately toilet not fixed to function properly.

La tina no se pudo llenar porque solo salió un rato el agua caliente después de llamar a recepción, la alberca estuvo sucia, dice que el servicio es de 8 a 8 y a las 10:30am apenas le sacaron unas hojas fui a recepción y tampoco supieron decirme a que hora la limpiarian. Yo se que se debe de dejar propina pensé dejar más a la hora de pedir comida ya te incluye el servicio obligatorio.

Habitacion sucia respecto a vidrios de ventanas,cortinas, alfombra. teniamos una fuga en lavabo y si necesitas papel higienico toalla o no sirve el control tienes que bajar a recepcion porque a pesar que hay personal disponible NO te lo llevan a la habitacion no entiiendo porque tener telefono en habitacion si no te dan ningun servicio en fin creo que el problema es el costo que es economico pero me deje engañar por las fotografias nada reales, El hotel esta gris de polvo en todas las plantas de los balcones.

Es un hotel de fácil acceso, el desayuno básico pero rico, la cama donde me quedé tenía ya un hueco y eso hacía que fuera incómoda pero cambiándome de lado se solucionó el problema.
