The hostel did not provide me with the choice of having AC or not. I had to pay more to get it once I was there, I was lucky there was still a room available. The shower did not work for the whole time I was there because there were road works in the street. The service was okay.

Schreckliche Unterkunft

Bucht hier auf keinen Fall! Wir hatten 3 Nächte über Hotels.com gebucht und bezahlt, kamen nach einer 12 stündigen Überreise an und waren einfach nur sehr müde. Dort angekommen, sagte man uns, dass wegen einem Feiertag hier überbucht wurde. Nach langem hin und her bekamen wir ein Zimmer für 2 anstatt 3 Nächte und mussten diese NOCHMALS bezahlen. Eine Frechheit! Dann kamen wir in das Zimmer und wir wählten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, da es extrem heiß war und die Klimaanlage kostet extra 15$ - PRO NACHT. Die Klimaanlage war dann kaputt und die Nacht war daher extrem schlecht. Als wir duschen, das Klo spülen wollten oder Hände waschen wollten, ging kein Wasser. Wir gingen wieder zur Rezeption und sie drehten es wieder auf. Das ging dann 2 Tage so. Wir mussten jedes Mal fragen ob sie das Wasser aufdrehen können. Sowas haben wir in 3 Jahren Weltreise noch nie erlebt. Zusätzlich waren im Zimmer viele Ameisen. In unserer Buchung stand ein Frühstück dabei und als wir fragten sagte man uns heute gibt es kein Frühstück. Da hat’s uns gereicht und wir bestanden auf ein Frühstück nach dem ganzen Theater. Wir bekamen dann nackte Pancakes mit nichts!! Da wir somit nur 2 Tage Zeit hatten konnten wir leider den Cerro Negro Vulkan nicht machen. Man hat gemerkt die Mitarbeiter versuchten freundlich zu sein, aber hier fehlt einfach komplett eine klare Struktur! Wir können nur abraten in diesem Hotel zu buchen. An das Hotel: Ihr scheint ein gutes Herz zu haben aber wir schreiben diese Bewertung
