I stood at "check in" before realizing I was in the wrong place! LOL Parking was easy. Staff was nice.AC Worked.

"They were very chill about having our working German Shepherd there.
Our room was clean, the staff was very nice. The entire hotel needs upgrades pretty badly, but would we stay again? Yep. It's not fancy, but all I really want is just that. Rates were excellent. "

"I was placed in a room that was situated in a dark concealed corner. The smell of marijuana was overpowering. The door wasn’t completely latched before I even tried to open it. When I opened it I noticed why- the frame on the inside was busted (deadbolt gone). The non-smoking room reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The bed was half made (did they even clean the room?!) and peeling paint/mold covered the walls. Felt completely NOT SAFE! Immediately checked out and left- no refund offered. Still waiting on the required deposit (even though they have my card info) to be refunded.

"The little cabin in the woods was the perfect spot to relax after a long day! The cabin was spotlessly clean, modern and decorated nicely. Anything I had forgotten was available- (shampoo, soap)Sherry was a pleasure to communicate with; I didn’t need anything during my stay but she made sure I knew how to contact her. The mattress was very comfortable and if you have trouble sleeping in hotels because of road noise or lights, this is your place.The kitchen was very well stocked if you want to prepare a meal. I enjoyed bird watching on the back deck while drinking my morning coffee. The location of the cabin is ideal, just minutes from Malvern’s grocery and restaurants- then a short drive to Hot Springs or Benton. When I’m visiting “back home” I’ll definitely check the little cabin 1st."
