"Well equipped apartment on the top floor of a hotel, where the staff had differing views to the owner as to the facilities that were available as a non-guest. Lounge area was compact, shower was over the bath with restricted shower-head adjustment. Comfortable bed, we appreciated the air-con in the bedroom. Ideally located in the centre of Mondsee and within earshot of the Basilica’s bells! Good value for money when compared to the equivalent hotel room."

"Wir waren 7 Tage in dieser Unterkunft, 3 Familien (6 Erwachsene und 6 Kindern) . Das Haus entspricht zu 100 % den Online Bildern. Sehr sauber, gemütlich , wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir empfehlen das Haus weiter, würden selber wieder kommen. Familie Moor F"

"Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles völlig unkompliziert, die Vermieterin sehr nett und die Produkte vom Hof ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Der Kachelofen heizt hervorragend-auch wenn wir darauf gerne verzichtet hätten. Der Hof liegt ruhig und die Wanderungen mit dem Auto rasch erreichbar.. Immer gerne wieder."

"We highly recommend this hotel! From check-in to check-out, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We’d like to especially thank Ms.Sherbet and Ms. Debora for their exceptional service. Of course, the male staff member was also very kind, though unfortunately we didn’t get his name. During our stay, the weather was quite hot and the room temperature rose a bit, but we requested a large fan and it was promptly provided. The hotel staff was amazing for letting us do early check in and getting a bigger room (great view), also sending us the guest mobility ticket so we can have free transit before checking in, great service! The room is quite spacious, it can get quite hot in the room on the top floor (there is a cooling air condition fan to use - helps a bit). "
