Pure relaxation: roof terrace, forest edge location & horse riding right on the farm

Our holiday rental is located in a very quiet setting on a horse farm. The rooftop terrace, with a view of the pastures, is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and relax.

The apartment has two bedrooms (each sleeping 2 people) and a living room/kitchen with a sleeper sofa (for a 5th person).
The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, oven, electric kettle, etc.).
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. A balcony and a large, partially covered rooftop terrace are available for your use.

Towels and bed linens are provided for your stay.

Final cleaning is included in the price.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is therefore accessible via a staircase.

Parking is available right next to the building.

The resort has a very good Italian restaurant as well as a few fast-food spots.

At the horse farm, we offer pony rentals, pony rides, and riding lessons (by appointment).
At the stable, guests can gain hands-on experience with feeding and stable work.


Shopping options are within walking distance. Hiking trails (such as the Rothaarsteig) are located right next to the holiday farm.
The town of Elspe is 16 km from Lake Bigge. Lake Bigge is perfect for boat tours and hiking trails. The Attahöle in Attendorn is a 20-minute drive away. Right in the town of Elspe, you’ll find the Karl May Festival, which features one of Europe’s largest open-air stages.
