What was unique was the peaceful surroundings and mountain views. Staff was unusually helpful, pleasant and polite. Manuella at the desk always greeted us with a smile and deserves 5 stars fro her service.
What I did not like was the hotel has a laundry service for an exhorbitant rate. They should just find a place and install self srvice machines, as then people would plan longer stays there because the peace and tranquility that comes from the mountain views is super amazing.

From the clean hotel room to the delicious breakfast buffet, our time there was fantastic. The staff there are extremely accommodating and we appreciated the hospitality. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful views of Berchtesgaden area mountains. Quiet out of the city. Staff attentive. We didn’t partake in the spa features, woulda done the pond in warmer weather.

The room was clean and the pillows were the best Ive slept on in a while. The staff were kind and very helpful. Plus the AC worked which was so important because i cannot sleep in a hot room. I will say in the morning i thought someone was knocking but no one was there i think it was just the maids ...
