"The staff at Ameristar were exceptional. From the time I checked in they were polite, courteous and helpful. I would like to give a shout out to the housekeeping staff for being so kind. One lady in particular. I don’t know her name but on my way out she chased me down and gave me my Stanley cup I left in the room. This was so kind and thoughtful. Then walking to the hotel parking lot a. I tripped and fell. Two staff members came and helped me up and checked on me. Human Beings that are kind courteous and thoughtful is what keeps people coming back to your business. Invest in your staff they are the only reason your business will flourish."

"Overall, my stay was really good. The staff was very helpful and nice and courteous. As far as in the room, I would really recommend to get some kind of Mat to put on the floor in the bathrooms and in the shower simply because can be very slippery. I mean, there could use some fresh paint and some upgrades, but overall very satisfied. And would recommend to stay there."
