We had a broken fridge and an iron. They were fixed right away when I reported. A housekeeping person was very friendly and polite. She was very nice. She had light blue and yellow hair tie.

The rooms were good, customer service was great. Did not get a chance to check out the restaurant in the hotel, but heard it was good. Everyone was friendly. Vallet was easy and allowed you to come and go. Very central, easy to get to Union Station if needed to get to and from the airport.
