"A lot of wonderful things about this hotel. the surrounding natural beauty and the very beautiful dining room and common rooms with stunning views. The wooden deck surrounding the hotel and outside the spa area is somewhat degraded and even rotten in some places by the hot tub. The breakfast is very nice. "Everything was nice. Clean rooms and helpful staff. The spa is one of the reasons i stay at this property- although the steam was was not operational. I stayed there again a week afyer and it still was not functional. Overall a great stay."

"Alma Chilota was simply a fantastic property to stay at! Our room was large & beautiful, overlooking the water, and very well appointed - better than the online pictures. The small inn itself was full of local Chilean/Chiloe art and plants. I'd stay again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Castro. "
