This new luxury Houseboat is ideal for a holiday or a weekend away. This boat has two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and spacious living room with large windows and a nice terrace. The floating apartment is located at Jachthaven Lemster Baai, within walking distance of the lively village center and is fully equipped. The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children.

The living room has a TV with also  the option to stream from your own device via the hotspot (such as Netflix for example).
The Havenlodge is intended to be enjoyed on the water, but not for sailing and will remain in place during your stay.

Schöne Unterkunft am Wasser
Der Aufenthalt war durch die angrenzende Fabrik nachts sehr laut und für 200 Euro die Nacht, hätten wir uns einen sauberen Außenbereich gewünscht. Sonst war alles Tipptopp! Unsere Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert, aber Hilfe kam innerhalb 10 min. Sehr guter service!

Eine gute Auszeit
Wir haben die Unterkunft als sauber und ordentlich erlebt. Auch, wenn die Stellmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt sind und wir auch mit einem 2Plattenkocher klar kommen konnten, hätten wir als Selbstversorger gern einen Toaster und eine Mikrowelle gehabt. Während unseres Aufenthaltes überraschte uns ein sehr heftiges Sturmtief, das dazu führte, unser Hausboot wechseln zu müssen. In dieser sehr außergewöhnlichen Situation erlebten wir den Vermieter als sehr freundlich, entgegenkommend und kooperativ. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür an den Vermieter. Insgesamt wieder ein schöner Kurzurlaub zum Jahreswechsel in NL. 😊👍

Es war ein schöner ruhiger erholsamer Urlaub. Lemmer ist ein netter kleiner Ort. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Keine 5 Gehminuten zu 3 Supermärkten und weiteren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zentral und ruhig gelegen. Der Parkplatz ist vor dem Boot und kostenfrei. Etwas schwieriger Übergang vom Steg zum Boot.

Das erste Mal auf dem Hausboot
Lemmer wie immer ein Traum. Interessant auf einem Hausboot. Mit 5 Personen etwas eng. Bis 4 Personen wäre es Top. Gute Lage. Gute Ausstattung.
