"We were running late and knew we were not going to make the 10 p.m. cutoff for check in. We attempted to contact the hotel starting at 8:30 p.m., took over an hour and had to go through hotels.com website to send a message. "Stayed here for business for two nights. Very nice hotel, has recently been refurbished to a high standard. Restaurant and bar are excellent - food was nice. First night service was great however second was a quite slow. Overall i would stay again and recommend."
