Lembruch 10 km from the centre of Diepholz, 26 km from the centre of Vechta, 45 km from the centre of Osnabrück, on the lake, on the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Children's pool, children's playground. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna, massage, hot tub (all extra), relaxation room, spa area for shared use (extra), kiosk. Parking at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Please note: suitable for families.
