This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo (BEST golf course view in Magnolia Green) is centrally located a few miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington and 20-30 minutes from some of North Carolina’s most beautiful beaches. Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a 27-Hole golf course and is one of the best public course’s in the area.
    The condo has a full kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom with 2 full beds, and a full bathroom. This room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge . All bed and bath linens provided. Screen porch with an amazing view overlooking the 15th Hole. The condo is equipped with WiFi for streaming your favorite shows and Washer & Dryer to make this your home away from home. We welcome month to month rentals for anyone looking to relocate to the area.

Wonderful condo

This condo is in a perfect location! Beautiful location and close to downtown Wilmington. Great accommodations for two adult couples with seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. Remember to get toilet tissue, there is only one roll provided however, we needed to get snacks and coffee so it wasn't any trouble. Will definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Sparkling clean and well-appointed property

It is very rare when a rental property exceeds your expectations, however this one did. We were so pleased and impressed with the absolute cleanliness, the amenities, the convenient location, and the host's attention to details to ensure our comfort during our stay here. The community of Magnolia Greens itself is beautiful and peaceful. We already plan to come back soon and just hope this property will be available when we do.

Perfect Getaway
