Very disappointing experience at Al Messila Resort. For a property positioned as a luxury resort, the overall experience was far below expectations.
The level of service did not reflect a five-star hotel, and the attention to guests was disappointing. When you pay premium prices, you expect professional service, proper attention to detail, and an experience that makes you want to return. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my stay.
I have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts, and based on this experience, Al Messila did not meet the standard I would expect from a Luxury Collection property. There is significant room for improvement, particularly in service quality and guest experience.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it based on this stay.

"Very noisy hotel. You can hear the kids and people on the corridor on 11 pm. Cannot sleep and not quiet. They fix it the Air condition when we told them is not really works properly. Very nice and helpful stuff. But the hotel looks like old and noisy. Breakfast very poor not microwave to warm ..."
