Very beautiful house "Norrgården", 2 storeys, built in 1932, renovated in 2020. 100 m from the lake. Private: property 3'750 m2 (fenced), garden lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Rowing boat with motor, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 16 km, supermarket 35 km, bus stop 7.6 km, bathing lake "Ylen" 100 m. Walking paths from the house 2 km, fishing possibilities 100 m. Nearby attractions: Åsens by 8 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
"Norrgården", 6-room house on 2 levels. Comfortable furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove (only for decoration), satellite TV. Dining room with dining table. Entrance hall with shower/WC. Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC.
