After complete renovation of this spacious ground floor apartment, you will find a 76 m² apartment furnished with care and taste. The apartment has a spacious entrance area that merges into the kitchen and dining area with 33 m². Here is also a nice seat and the dining table. There is access to the garden through a glass door. The kitchenette is fully furnished. There is also a high chair. In the living room with 17 m² there is a Ligne Roset sofa bed and the HD TV with DVD player. Leipzig is wonderful

The apartment is in a great location - 5 minutes from a tram stop which is 10 minutes from the main railway station which made our time in Leipzig much easier as we travelled by train. Being a ground floor apartment was a plus for us because we were travelling for several weeks, as was the washing machine. Two nearby Turkish restaurants and an Aldi about a 10 minute walk away were bonuses. Our host was very obliging and patient in responding to our queries. The apartment is lovely. It has a large living area and good-sized rooms and is well heated and there is a lovely garden to look at through the back window.There is more to Leipzig than music. It has a rich history dating back centuries and, more recently, played an important role in the bringing down of the Berlin Wall. We are very glad that we decided to include Leipzig in our travel plans.

Positiv:Relativ saubere Ikea-eingerichtete Wohnung. Leider durch die Vorhänge und die schönen, voluminösen Papierlampen nicht Allergiker-geeignet. Mein Fehler, dass ich da nicht nachgefragt habe. Dadurch, dass es insgesamt sauber war, kam ich aber einigermaßen klar. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Gläser, das ist nicht immer so. Die Räume sind schön groß, daher wirken die durchweg dunklen Möbel nicht bedrückend. Toll war, dass wir unsere Räder im Hinterhof sicher abstellen konnten.Eher negativ: Durch die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist es immer sehr dunkel. Auch die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung hat gestört: Wir sind unter der Woche täglich um 7 von Müllabfuhr oder Straßenreinigung geweckt worden. Die Matrazen haben ihre besten Tage hinter sich. Umgebung bekanntermaßen übel.

Erstmal vorab sehr sehr nette Vermieterin Die Wohnung ist in einem Viertel optisch wie wir gesagt haben St. Pauli von Leipzig. War zu jederzeit ruhig entspannt und zugleich interessant. Wohnung Tip Top super Preis Leistung alles sauber Bad sehr groß mit ebener Dusche Küche alles vorhanden was man braucht.
