Modern, zweckmäßig, sehr gute Lage
Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Schön gelegener Balkon, der allerdings über einen Heizkörper hinweg zu betreten war. Ältere Mieter könnten hier Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Bei offenem Fenster darf man keinen leichten Schlaf haben, weil die Kirchturm ganz in der Nähe alle 15 min läutet. Modern eingerichtet, die Küche aber recht minimalistisch. Zum Beispiel hätten wir uns eine Kanne gewünscht, um mal einen Tee kochen zu können. Die Messer stylisch, aber leider etwas unpraktisch. Vorn so spitz, daß man z. B. Marmelade und Frischkäse nur schlecht aus dem Becher bzw. Glas bekommt. Der Schlafkomfort auf dem Doppelbett hätte für diesen Preis höher sein können. Dieses Drahtgestell verursacht bei jeder Bewegung Geräusche. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Der Empfang unkompliziert, die Türen werden ferngesteuert geöffnet. Mindestens 2mal am Tag sollte jemand duschen, weil es sonst recht unangenehm aus dem Abfluss riecht. Eine kleine Lampe am Bett wäre noch wünschenswert. Insgesamt eine recht gute Ferienwohnung, die aber auch ihren Preis hat. Aufgrund der Lage ist dieser zu akzeptieren.

Sehr gepflegte, moderne Wohnung
Sehr gepflegte moderne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Peterskirche. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Die Wohnung ist Zentral gelegen und zu Fuß erreicht man innerhalb von 5 Gehminuten die Straßenbahn. Wir können die Wohnung, sowie die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Sven nur weiterempfehlen.
