MO Hyde Park went above and beyond to make our stay an unique experience and made my birthday memorable; an upgrade to the Hyde Park Suite was truly a special and delightful treat.

The hotel was better than I had expected, for such a large property.
The room was lovely, had a scandi vibe and quiet, due to the internal door separating the bedroom from the hallway. Facilities in the room were great too. Steamer, iron/ironing board etc.
Breakfast was good, but the area was chaotic. It was so big and packed that the noise was quite overwhelming - I’d maybe go before 0800 for business and after 0930 for leisure, to avoid the chaos.

Location of the hotel was great, but all you really need for a hotel when sightseeing in London. Staff were able to keep bags at the hotel whilst we weren’t able to check till 3 pm. Would stay at the hotel again.

"We were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our room.... We were also shown the fire escape so.we didn't have to walk out suitcases through the hotel. The shower was great, the bed comfy... The cafeterias near the coffee machine downstairs were a great idea as the coffee machine wasn't working. ..."

"Bed soft small and uncomfortable. Very noisy extraction fan outside bedroom window. On check in immediately asked to switch rooms but was told it actually goes off overnight at the latest 9.3i0. It went off at 9.45 only to start up at 4.am."
