"Perfekte Lage um Rotterdam, Leiden und Delft zu besuchen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr modern Eingerichtet. Viel Licht durch viele große Fenster! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich."

She always promptly responded to messages, both before we arrived and during our stay. She gave us great suggestions for side trips to nearby towns. "Die Wohnung sah wie beschrieben aus. Auch an der Sauberkeit hat es nicht gemangelt. Allerdings konnten wir das Fenster im Badezimmer nicht öffnen (ein Ersatzteil wäre auf dem Weg). Dafür hat ein Belüftungssystem etwas Abhilfe geschaffen. Allerdings Das wie auf dem Bild zu sehnende Dach war leider nicht vorhanden. Das Serviceteam vor Ort war immer sehr zuvorkommen. Steht’s bemüht die Probleme der Gäste zu lösen. Der Kinderspielplatz war direkt vor der Tür. Ohne Auto ist es schwierig etwas an...

"We loved this hotel. Beautiful courtyard entry, restored tram barn was charming, historical. Restaurant for breakfast offered an exceptional buffet and made to order option. All staff were very kind and customer service was fabulous! Beautiful atrium area with natural light and comfortable seating."

"The staff was generally amazing. Robert was incredibly helpful and kind in answering all of our questions. There was another gentleman at night who's name has slipped my mind, but he was also very kind and eager to help! My only minor complaint is not having dish soap or cleaner in the room! You can buy it for very cheap downstairs, we just never got around to it. "
