The automatic check in process is not for everyone, but the staff will assist with this. Keep your booking number at hand because you will need it for the check-in and check-out process. He allowed us to drop off our luggage for our early arrival and had already carried it upstairs when we returned for official check in. I do warn seniors or mobility impaired that the stair are very narrow, but Hans again came and helped us get our bags back down the stairs. Thank you for a very nice accommodation."
