"The property has a spa which you have access to all the time.the staff a super amazing and also welcoming, even when you check out you can still use the spa on the sale day. Thet upgrades me to a suite and I was so relaxed at the end of my stay I've booked another stay next year with my mum. It is located by the Limit river so you fall asleep to the flow of the water. "

"The main hotel building is pretty good, cozy, recently renovated, however the annex building is far from that - it has a vibe of 1980s apartment complex, also not the cleanest. Views are lovely, as well as the area around. The breakfast is pretty bad - choices are limited, quantity is such that everything runs out quickly and, generally, the restaurant is far from great, offering canteen-quality food at Michelin-starred prices."

"This hotel is very nice but they charge for a lot of amenities that are normally included and it’s not a minor amount. Parking was $20 per day per vehicle and this hotel isn’t even in the city center where that’s normally expected. The gym costs $30 per day per guest. The laundry service is laughably expensive. "Please do NOT stay at this property. There is a reason they demand payment upfront and has a no refund policy! This is a terrible hotel with absolutely no service or any assistance to guests for any issues, including being locked out of your room! My wife and daughter upon returning close to midnight on the 2nd night was locked out of the room due to IT system issues was unable to find any help via messaging the hotel via Expedia app. Both me and Expedia help line tried to call the hotel via...
