"it was very convinient stay, good parking,restaurant is nice, tasty food"

"Very modern hotel with state of the art everything. Comfortable rooms and large bathroom with great shower. A bit out of the way from city center but not that difficult to use public transport to get into the city. I can’t really comment on amenities because we didn’t really use the facility except to sleep. Was a bit disappointed that they don’t provide bottled water as most hotels do. Comment was made that there’s no need for bottled water because the Austrian water is pure and can be taken from the faucet; but unless you have your own container, you can’t take the water with you on the tram. A minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience nevertheless. Staff could have been friendlier; very stiff and formal except for one gentleman who was very helpful. Because of the location (literally next to the convention center), this seems to be a hotel that caters more to business people than to tourists and perhaps that is the reason why the friendliness we’ve come to expect from hotel staff was lacking. Nonetheless, this is a beautiful hotel, very nicely appointed and a perfect location for anyone using the convention center."

"Property is amazing. Perfect spot on top of a hill with a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was included and the meal was great! Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and I had a balcony with an awesome view. "
