"Upon arrival I was automatically given an already assigned room! ( guest was already using the room ;quite comfortably ). The room that we were then reassigned too had only one light throughout the whole room, television remote was basically falling apart (management taped over the front for better usage); the sheets had burn holes , blanket was terribly thin; we felt as if we were using a throw sheet! Bathroom was disgusting (shower curtain stained deep yellow, toilet was in need of a good deep clean!) And I wouldn’t bother with breakfast since they don’t actually serve anything. I understand it’s a cheap place overall but Thank goodness we only needed a temporary stay because for as many positive /reviews stars I saw this place definitely needs to reevaluate their performance. "

"The overall facilities are showing a little wear and age, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, and the staff was incredibly polite and welcoming. I also sat down for breakfast in the morning which was delicious and the priced better than most other dining options. If I find myself in the area again, I'll be booking here."

"Disgusting and Unsanitary! I originally booked a week-long stay but had to leave immediately due to how dirty the room was. There were hairs on the toilet and towels, dirty counters, and the bathtub clearly had not been cleaned. The room felt completely unsanitary. I had to contact Hotels.com to request a refund and it took several days and pushback before it was finally resolved. Very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again. "

"Very close to the PPL Center, just a few minute walk! Offsite parking was also close by, or they offer valet service at a minimal charge. Room was clean and efficiently laid out with 2 queen beds end to end. Lots of hooks on the wall to hang your things and an all-around fun and funky vibe!! We will defiantly stay there again!!"
