Unfortunately, this rental missed the mark in several important areas. There was no house information provided for basics like Wi-Fi details, trash disposal location, checkout instructions, etc. There were no waste baskets or towel hooks in the bathroom, which was inconvenient. The bath towels were stained, which was pretty off-putting, and the use of black sheets and towels made it hard to tell whether linens were actually clean. There was leftover food in the kitchen cabinets upon arrival, which made the place feel poorly cleaned.Privacy was another issue — the living room sliding glass door had no curtains or blinds, even though it faces neighboring homes and the golf course directly. At night especially, it felt very exposed and uncomfortable. On top of the issues with the unit itself, it was difficult to fully relax during the stay because we arrived to find police patrolling the condo complex, which is already a double-gated community, "see something say something" signs, and even the nearby Publix had police stationed at the entrance. After also seeing local news reports about recent stabbings and murders in the area, the overall atmosphere felt uneasy and detracted from what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.Overall, the property needs better attention to cleanliness, guest comfort, and basic communication. Unfortunately, I could not recommend staying here.
