As Americans, we had been overwhelmed by the drive on tiny streets, honking, and mountain road from Srinagar…. The oasis of Bodhi tree for the next three days was a balm. "The hotels itself had a warm welcoming environment. It had a garden with rose species, and other flowers at the rear. It even a vegetable garden we enjoyed looking at. The rooms were spacious. The staff was friendly and the cook even made custom made food to our request. The owner of hotel was most accommodating and helped us plan our trips. We appreciated his taking time to advise us on our trips and even getting us in touch with the taxi companies to organize our trips. I would give it 6 stars out of 5 max if I could"

"Indus Valley is over rated and expensive property. The only positive is location near to Leh main market. Food is super expensive but there are multiple restaurants like Tibetan Kitchen and Chopsticks noodle bar nearby "
